Stephanie Newell is enVista’s Human Capital Director and brings over 10 years of experience and focuses on organizational and associate development. Stephanie is responsible for developing and executing enVista’s Human Capital Strategy.

Stephanie brings experience in human capital processes and programs that function to attract, develop, and retain competent associates to support enVista’s rapid growth. Stephanie’s previous experience in education shows her passion for learning, and her training in Psychology and Human Resources Development allows her to give a unique approach to human capital management.

Before joining enVista, Stephanie was a Human Resources Manager for CrossRoad Engineers, an Indianapolis based civil engineering firm. At Purdue University, Stephanie was the Assistant Project Manager to the Parenting Our Children to Excellence (PACE) program, a grant focused on child mistreatment and neglect.

Stephanie has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Indiana University with a Certificate in HR Management from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. Stephanie has her Master’s in Science in HR Development from Indiana State University.
