100th labor management project site completed and more than $1.2 million in sales recorded in May
enVista, a leading supply chain consulting and IT services firm, today announces its Workforce Management practice achieved more than $1.2 million in sales in May, a record for the practice. Among the practice’s May highlights were the completion of the unit’s 100th labor management project site and the signing of several new clients, including a multi-million dollar performance apparel and gear retailer, which selected enVista to implement a full Workforce Management program and LMS in three of its distribution centers.
enVista’s workforce management consultants collaborate with clients to develop engineered labor standards and preferred methods, strategically implement labor management systems, and deliver training and change management programs that empower client teams and maximize labor productivity.
“enVista’s workforce management practice experienced a record sales month thanks to both market demand for workforce management solutions and the recognition of enVista’s services as industry-leading in this area,” said enVista President and CEO Jim Barnes. “We are fortunate to have some of the industry’s best workforce management experts in our company. Because of the results they deliver, we continue to see tremendous growth opportunities for this practice and with all of our labor management software partners.”
Since 2012, enVista has achieved 200 percent year-over-year growth in its workforce management practice.
“Executives are increasingly recognizing the value of workforce management to improve execution and as a means to support omni-channel growth and ongoing cost reduction efforts,” said Tom Stretar, senior director and workforce management practice leader. “Workforce management programs support all of these initiatives, providing a strong basis of differentiation and competitive advantage.”
