Supply chain consulting and IT services firm ranks on the list which is based on associate feedback surveys
enVista, a leading supply chain consulting and IT services firm, today announces it has been named to The Indianapolis Star Top Workplaces list for 2015. The Top Workplaces are determined based on employee feedback received through surveys conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organization health and employee engagement. This is the firm’s third consecutive year as one of the state’s Top Workplaces.
“Being ranked among Indiana’s top companies is truly an honor,” said enVista President and CEO Jim Barnes. “The fact that this accolade is a direct result of our associates’ feedback makes it especially meaningful. At enVista, we realize our internal talent is our greatest asset. We work hard to foster a corporate culture and benefits program that is attractive to our team members and enables them to grow and thrive. Thanks to this approach, we’ve enjoyed a 93 percent employee retention rate that has also led to a client retention rate of 97 percent. When our associates are happy, it has a direct impact on our clients’ satisfaction.”
Earlier this year, enVista received another accolade based on employee feedback. The company was named one of the 100 Best Places to Work by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce.
Stephanie Newell, human capital manager at enVista said, “When designing any human capital initiative, we always keep the best interests of our associates top of mind. To be honored as a Top Workplace helps validate many of the efforts we put in place to ensure our associates feel valued, fulfilled and have a sense of pride in enVista. We are honored to be named to this list and look forward to continuing to offer current and future associates competitive benefits, extensive training and an environment that encourages professional growth.”
