enVista Design Solutions Practice Hires Logistics Veteran Michael Torch as Director

Torch’s hiring enables the Design Build group to provide clients with deeper expertise in logistics, distribution and manufacturing strategy

enVista, a leading supply chain consulting and IT services firm, today announces that Michael Torch has joined the Design Solutions team as a Director. Torch has more than 25 years of experience in logistics, distribution and manufacturing and has worked with businesses in more than 30 different industries. In his role, he will work to provide clients with the right solutions for their unique situations and needs.

Torch most recently served as Vice President – Global Supply Chain and Logistics for McGraw-Hill education. There he was responsible for day-to-day production of six distribution operations as well as leading initiatives around process and system improvements. He also previously worked as a Senior Vice President and Partner at TransTech Consulting where he provided strategy, analysis, design and implementation services.
