Newest version of cloud-based platform includes integrated returns for Magento

The latest software rollout includes integrated returns for Magento digital commerce sites, enabling omni-channel and e-commerce retailers to improve customer service by delivering a more seamless returns process.

Enspire Commerce’s new functionality enables order returns from Magento online storefronts and includes a Magento plug-in to manage the customer account information. During the returns process, Enspire Commerce’s OMS creates the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and sends an email to the consumer with both the carrier label and return label to expedite the returns process. Once the return has transpired, the OMS updates the customer’s account and issues a credit. Importantly, Enspire Commerce’s cloud-based OMS integrates with retailers’ existing systems in months instead of years so retailers can rapidly leverage functionality at lower total cost of ownership.
