| enVista Helps US Auto Parts Redesign Distribution Network LOS ANGELES, December 2, 2006--enVista will partner with US Auto Parts, a West Coast based online auto parts retailer, to complete a comprehensive evaluation and redesign of the US Auto Parts distribution network. One of the main goals of the project is to redesign the company's distribution network for long term outlook and to explore changes with transportation carrier contracts to achieve cost savings in the short-term. enVista will look at US Auto Parts’ sourcing requirements, which includes imports from Asia, customer expectations and growth forecast, to establish the optimum network design for US Auto Parts. enVista, utilizing a Logistics Network Optimization tool, will model US Auto Parts’ current network of one distribution center, that is farther from the majority of its customers, and create new, alternative networks that will decrease their transportation cost while improving customer delivery time and maintaining operational costs. enVista is also developing a Transitional Cost Analysis and ROI Analysis to guide US Auto Parts in the implementation phase of the project. enVista will also assist US Auto Parts with monitoring their outbound parcel shipments, payments and contracts on a day-to-day basis utilizing its myShipINFOtmtool. myShipINFO will provide US Auto Parts parcel visibility, tracking and claims handling as well as an understanding of the impact proposed changes may have in packaging design within the company. In addition, enVista is leading US Auto Parts’ RFQ and rate negotiation for parcel services contracts. About U.S.
