with M3methodology, a new labor management solution methodology.
enVista’s M3methodology
focuses on Methods, Metrics and Motivation. The M3methodology places emphasis
on the deployment of manufacturing and warehousing best practices while
utilizing industrial engineering standards, change management, and payroll
incentives to optimize human capital. M3methodology can be utilized in
both manufacturing and distribution centric organizations that are challenged
by inefficient operations, high payroll and employee turnover.
