MBM Food Service Partners with enVista to Present Labor Management Best Practices at NA 2010 and Momentum

Cleveland, OH, April 26, 2010 - enVista, a leading enterprise and supply chain consulting services firm announced today at NA 2010, that it is teaming up with North Carolina-based client MBM Foodservice to present, Leveraging Labor Management for a High Performance Workforce at two upcoming national supply chain conventions:  the Material Handling Industry of America’s (MHIA’s) NA 2010 April 26-29 in Cleveland, Ohio,  and Momentum, Manhattan Associates’ User Conference May 2-5 in Hollywood, Florida.

The presentation will include an in-depth case study detailing MBM’s success with enVista in deploying and implementing a labor management system. By incorporating best practices throughout the project, which included operations improvements, productivity tracking, engineered labor standards, and payroll incentives, MBM was able to significantly increase productivity, reduce labor costs and overcome labor challenges.
