news announcements enVista Achieves 25.8 Percent Revenue Increase Year Over Year, Expects Continued Growth in 2009 Leading Enterprise Cost Management Consulting Firm Thrives Based on Ability to Provide Value in the Form of Cost Savings INDIANAPOLIS, IN, February 17, 2009-- enVista, the leading enterprise cost management services provider, announced today that it grew revenue by 25.8 percent in 2008, following an increase of 68 percent in 2007. The company has experienced significant, continuous growth since its founding in 2002 and expects to increase revenue by 20 percent in 2009, despite economic conditions. Says enVista President Jim Barnes, “As a supply chain consulting organization, our core focus and passion is, and always has been, helping companies reduce costs and eliminate waste across their enterprise, from source to consumption. This unique value proposition is the reason our company has proven recession-resistant to date and has grown so drastically in the last seven years.” Barnes continues, “Over the past year, we enhanced our offering by adding complementary services that extend our ability to manage costs enterprise-wide. Our portfolio of services and solutions not only provide clients return on investments in less than a year, sometimes less than a quarter, but they also ultimately impact profitability and shareholder value.” Over the last 18 months, enVista has experienced increased demand in particular in the areas of transportation cost management and labor performance, as well as ERP/CRM and supply chain assessments, and customized training sessions. Barnes says, “In the areas of transportation cost savings and labor reduction, return on investment can be achieved in as little as three to six months, depending on the amount of waste we find, based on our LEAN focus models that we deploy.” John Stitz, enVista's Vice President of Business Development, adds, “It is especially gratifying during these economic times that enVista will positively impact the workforce by increasing the number of associates we employ from 82 to 110 by year end.” About enVista |
