Podcast Help

Podcasts are Internet audio files that you can download to your computer or multimedia player. Accenture, offers podcast feeds that deliver audio broadcasts to your desktop. You can listen to these files on your computer or load them on to your MP3 player.

Podcasting allows users to subscribe to a feed and receive new audio files automatically whenever there is a new one to hear. There are free services, such as iTunes or iPodder, that aggregate podcasts and then allow you to automatically sync the aggregated audio content to an MP3 player as soon it is connected to your computer. Any digital audio player can play podcasts.

All you need to get started is the podcasting software. Once you download and install the software, simply add one of Accenture's podcast feeds. The podcasting software will automatically check for updates and download the files to your computer so you can load them onto your MP3 player.

If you do not have podcasting software, you can download and install the most recent version of iPodder or iTunes by following these instructions:

  3. If not, please check your firewall settings and make sure "msfeedssync.exe" is not being blocked.
  4. Should problems still persist, please contact your IT staff or Microsoft.
