Dynamics AX Associate Consultant

enVista is seeking ERP implementation consultants to focus on the delivery of Microsoft's AX Financial solution to our clients and financial business process transformation. Our consultants use their knowledge of ERPs and business financials to analyze clients' businesses from source to consumption - and tailor the Microsoft Dynamics solution in a way that addresses long-term, end-to-end business requirements. This comprehensive approach maximizes return on investment and customer satisfaction.

enVista will provide extensive training on Dynamics AX and provide opportunities to obtain MS certifications. Relocation to our Carmel, IN headquarters is required for 2 years. After that, our consultants may work remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Dynamics AX Implementation & Maintenance services including:
• Conduct client research and gather requirements.
• Define current and future processes and business requirements.
• Provide support during testing, training, and implementation of applications.
• Leverage past experience and project team knowledge to execute client engagements.
• Utilize problem solving techniques to succinctly organize thoughts and ideas.
• Obtain appropriate MS Dynamics AX Certifications in agreed upon timeframe.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate or graduate degree (MS or MBA) in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field is required.
• A minimum of two years of ERP Implementation experience as a consultant or on a client team is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience of accounting processes and applications or an accounting or finance qualification highly preferred.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and solid Microsoft Suite skills required.
• Ability to provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of duties. Functional depth in accounting, manufacturing, or distribution.

Expected Travel Time: 50%-75%
