Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager will elevate and maximize enVista’s overall web presence by managing enVista’s website content and design, directory listings, search engine optimization efforts, and sponsored keyword search campaigns to ensure enVista is consistently positioned to receive the best possible web site traffic, impressions and leads.

Responsibilities:        

• Proactively update website content on a consistent basis using Content Management System to ensure website is relevant and representative of enVista’s brand and messaging.
• Manage website enhancement projects including relationship with web design firm and other related vendors.
• Manage enVista’s back-linking strategy.
• Develop landing pages for enVista’s marketing campaigns.
• Understand and implement best practices for web site design/user experience, search engine optimization, and sponsored search.
• Track and report key performance indicators and analytics such as website traffic,  online conversion opportunities, sponsored search ROI,  and keywords using various digital tools, and make strategic recommendations
• Maintain enVista Marketing’s Intranet site on SharePoint.
• Submit directory listings on industry associations, trade media and other web sites.
• Manage enVista’s social media presence, connections, and updates using knowledge of social media trends and best practices.

Requirements:         

• Firm understanding of integrated marketing
• Proven experience implementing digital media and web-based best practices
• Track record of success with SEO and sponsored searches
• Strong event and project management capabilities and ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives.
• Independent and self-directed, yet also team-oriented
• Proactive approach to work and problem-solving
• Exceptional writing, proof writing skills, and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft CRM, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• HTML programming experience is ideal, but not necessary
• Education (preferred level): Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
• Pass any pre-employment tests, drug test, and/or background check.
